Djokovic improved to a stratospheric 49-1 for the year, having won 7 titles including
the Australian Open (d. Murray) and
Wimbledon (d. Nadal) while Federer is at 40-9 with only one title but also
one very important victory over Djokovic (at the French Open). Next up for Federer is
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga,
who eliminated him in the Wimbledon quarterfinals this year.
