We're seeing more frequent images of Kim looking ordinary: in gym clothes or with her hair undone, for example (picture taken 2 days ago).
As humorous as it is to think that Kim may be taking lessons on looking beautiful from drag queens (no surprise there), the reality is that Kim may in fact have gotten a buttock reduction, although it is more like that she is working out and wearing outfits that draw emphasis away from her backside. Also, it seems that Kim is moving away from walking down the street as if her butt is moving in a different direction than she is, and has started to walk in a more ordinary fashion. In the first picture above (a recent pic taken on Friday), Kim is seen standing/walking with her butt protruding somewhat, but not as much as usual. Has the "reality" star begun to take the hints that as flattering as she thinks her backside is, it really isn't something to be proud of? Or has she reached the zenith she was aiming for with her sex tape and oversexed image and decided to take it easy with her image for the near future (keeping in mind her attempts to tie the know with New York Nets' Kris Humphries)?
