On Paper, Super Mario Is Kind of a Douche

If you always had your doubts about Super Mario (as I did), this paper rendition of Nintendo's Super Mario is not really an eye opener.  Hey, a semi-offensive stereotype of an Italian plumber has to do what he has to do to survive, amirite?  And that, of course, includes crushing God's innocent creatures underfoot and turning their brains into spaghetti sauce, and kidnapping grotesque princesses and talking to mushrooms and... You get the idea.  Not... all that surprised.  Whatevs, I was always a bigger fan of Luigi anyways.  (via Topless Robot)

Introducing Three Player Chess

In case any of you out there in la-la-land was wondering what the latest craze in intellectual gaming was, it turns out it is three player chess.  Honestly, just looking at this makes my head want to explode.  This looks worse than a Rubik's cube.  Frankly, I would rather play Monopoly... or regular chess with the Alien chess board (below) than suffer an irreversible aneurysm trying to play three-person chess, but that's just me.  The board was apparently invented by a certain Sheldon Cooper.
